By using thedicegame.co or buying the deck, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use the site.
21+ only
The Dice Game is built around drinking. You must be 21 or older to buy or play. By placing an order you confirm you are 21+. If anyone at your table isn’t, swap drinks for dares — but the deck itself is for adults.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law, harass anyone, or do anything malicious to the site itself (scraping at scale, attempting to break authentication, etc.). Don’t pretend to be someone else when you check out.
No resale without permission
The deck is sold for personal use. Reselling at retail, in bulk, or in any commercial context (bars, hotels, subscription boxes) requires written permission from us. Email hello@thedicegame.co and we’ll work it out.
Intellectual property
The name THE DICE GAME, the logo, the cards, the rules, the photography, the website copy, and the overall trade dress all belong to us. You can’t copy, reprint, or build derivative products without permission. Personal social posts (you and your friends playing) are obviously fine — that’s the whole point.
Liability
Drink responsibly. We are not liable for what happens at your party. We’re not liable for hangovers, broken furniture, lost friendships, lost dignity, fights you start, or any other consequence of using the deck. To the extent allowed by law, our maximum liability for anything related to the deck or this site is the amount you paid for the order.
Disclaimer
The site and the deck are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the site will be available 24/7, bug-free, or that the deck will solve your social life. It probably will, but we’re not promising.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We can update these terms. The current version is always at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
