Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country, whichever is higher) to use this app or buy any product. The app contains an age gate that must be confirmed before play.
Drinking disclaimer
The Dice Game. is a party game that may involve drinking alcohol. We are not responsible for your decision to drink. You are responsible for:

- · Drinking water and eating food
- · Not driving or operating machinery while intoxicated
- · Following the laws of your jurisdiction
The app includes a non-alcohol mode for sober play. Use it.

In-app purchases
Purchases inside the app are processed by Apple via the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s terms. All purchases are final. For refund requests, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com — we do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Once purchased, packs and die skins remain yours forever, including across reinstalls. Use the “Restore Purchases” button in the app’s shop to recover them.
Intellectual property
The Dice Game., the brand, the rules, the categories, the visual design, and all card content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission.
You’re welcome to use the app to play with friends however you want. You’re not welcome to screenshot the entire deck and post it as your own party game.
User conduct
Don’t use the app to harass anyone. Don’t use it to facilitate illegal activity. Don’t try to break the IAP system, manipulate the app’s behavior, or extract its content programmatically.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is.” We do everything we can to make it work, but we don’t guarantee it’ll be bug-free or always available. If it breaks during your party, we’re sorry.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, ruined parties, hangovers, broken friendships, or accidental tattoos.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
