No returns on opened decks
Once a deck is opened or used, we can’t take it back. It’s a hygiene call — people are touching the cards and the die.
Damaged or defective
If your deck shows up damaged, missing pieces, or defective, we’ll replace it for free. Email hello@thedicegame.co within 14 days of delivery with:
- · Your order number.
- · A photo of the issue.
We ship the replacement on us — no need to send the original back.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. Once it’s out the door, we can’t pull it back, but you still have the damaged-or-defective path above if anything’s wrong on arrival.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks sometimes take longer to surface it on your statement — that’s on them, not us.
