The physical card kit is currently in development. Pre-orders are not yet open.
When the kit launches
- · 30-day return window from delivery date
- · Items must be in original, unopened condition
- · Buyer pays return shipping
- · Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receipt
- · Custom or personalized orders are not returnable
App purchases (in-app purchases on iOS)
Refund requests must go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
