Where we ship
US only at launch. All 50 states and DC. International is coming — get on the list and we’ll let you know.
Pre-order timeline
Right now the deck is on pre-order. Orders ship within 4–6 weeks of the order date. If something slips, we’ll email you before you ask.
Cost
- · $5 flat standard shipping.
- · Free on orders over $50.
Carriers
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your address. PO boxes are fine. APO/FPO addresses are fine. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is created.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered and you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your building first — most “lost” packages turn up within 48 hours. If it’s still missing after that, email hello@thedicegame.co with your order number and we’ll open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.
Wrong address
If you typed your address wrong, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll fix it if it hasn’t shipped. After that, the package goes where you sent it.
