We’re The Dice Game. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We try to keep this short and in plain English.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• · A shipping address.
• · Order details (what you bought, when, for how much).
• · Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

If you sign up for the email list without ordering, we just keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar tools for the basics: keeping your cart, remembering preferences, and understanding how people use the site. We also use marketing pixels (Meta, TikTok) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features won’t work as smoothly.

Who we share with

We share what we have to in order to run the store:

• · Stripe / Shopify Payments — processes your payment.
• · Vercel — hosts this website.
• · Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) — get the deck to your door.
• · Meta, TikTok — pixels for measuring ad performance.
• · Email service providers — for order receipts and the list.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can:

• · Ask us what we have on file about you.
• · Ask us to correct or delete it.
• · Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every one).
• · Opt out of marketing cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The Dice Game is sold to and intended for adults 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will get an email if you’re on our list.
